Yoshikage Kira (吉良 吉影, Kira Yoshikage) is the main antagonist of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable. Kira is a paraphilic serial killer who has been lurking unnoticed in Morioh for years. Having lived undisturbed all his life, Kira's routine is shaken when the ghost of his first victim Reimi Sugimoto begs the Joestar Group to look for him and he attracts unwanted attention by murdering Shigekiyo Yangu. Kira is a Stand User and wields Killer Queen to create deadly bombs.
Killer Queen has activated the good qualities
- He is one of the most well written villains in the series.
- Just like Thanos, he doesn't want power just to become strong or honorable.
- Unlike the previous JoJo villains who just want power to take over the world, all he wants is just to live a peaceful and quiet life, making him a relatable character.
- A fabulous character design based on the legendary David Bowie.
- His stand, Killer Queen. He can actually make things explode whenever his stand touches something.
- Bites Za Dusto!
- His stand design is also cool.
- Not only is he terrifying, but also cunning, and intelligent.
- His quote “H A Y A T O”.
- Considering as he wants kill people just for living a regular life without any disturbances, can make his background even more interesting and more fleshed out.

Bad Qualities
- He is known to be responsible for the murders of Shigechi, Reimi Sugimoto, and others in Morioh, but makes sense since he is a serial killer after all.
- While a cool villain, his obsession with severed hands is not only disturbing, but also considered necrophilia.
- As iconic as his introduction speech is, it makes no sense as to why he would kill in direct daylight, when serial killers are supposed to keep their murders a secret.
- His death is rather anti-climactic, he has the power to explode anyone he touches yet he simply got his head ran over by an ambulance.
Trivia
- His voice actor Toshiyuki Morikawa, also voiced another JoJo villain named Diavolo, from the two video games JoJo's Bizzare Adventure: All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven.
- He also shares the same Japanese voice actor with Minato Namikaze from Naruto, Dante from Devil May Cry, and Boros from One Punch Man.
- His stand, Killer Queen, is a reference to the Queen song of the same name. It's second ability, Sheer Heart Attack, was referenced by a song of the same name, similar to it's third ability, Killer Queen: Bites the Dust.
