Vivo is the titular main protagonist of the 2021 Sony Pictures Animation movie of the same name.

Why He's One of a Kind

1. He is Sony Pictures Animation's first musical protagonist.
2. The songs he sings are very catchy.
3. He understands why he has to deliver the song, Inside Your Heart, to Marta, because since his deceased owner Andrés did everything for him, so he has to do something for him. It also makes sense since his relationship with Andrés gave him a strong passion for music.
4. Lin-Manuel Miranda gives off a great performance.
5. His relationship with his new owner Gabi is nice.
6. Despite being good-natured and laid back, there are still times where he can get stressed in bad situations, such as his rant when Gabi accidentally destroys a boat, showing he has his limits.
7. The idea of a kinkajou for a protagonist is very original.

The Only Bad Quality

1. Despite being called a kinkajou, some viewers may mistake him for a monkey (or in Gabi’s case, a possum) due to his design.
