Victor Why Why is a baby, and the main protagonist of The Why Why Family. He is voiced by Julie Maddalena.

Why He Rocks!

1. He just loves asking his family questions, some of them are funny ones.
2. His design is so adorable.
3. His voice is very cute to listen to, especially in the French dub.
4. His funny question from “A Horse Of A Different Color” where he asks Vanilla “Did someone throw pudding all over zebras?” actually made both Vanilla and the fans laugh.
5. He is very likable, just like Max, his father and other characters.

Bad Qualities

1. Some people can get annoyed by him crying and whining, very similar to Caillou.
2. His voice can sometimes be annoying to fans too.
