May I be allowed to put Dr. Strangeglove from Moshi Monsters into the examples of well-written not so harmless villains
Yeah, I'm ok with you inserting that villain into my list of well-written Not So Harmless Villains. Dr. Strangeglove sounds like a interesting villain (possibly hilarious), and I never heard of Moshi Monsters.
After watching a few scenes of him or anything with him in it, he already reminds me of the reasons for why I adore and enjoy Dr. Ivo Robotnik's personality as a comedic villain from AoStH. His voice, his mannerisms, and especially the way he communicates in a bombastic, egotistic yet underhanded manner.
His character design reminds me of a villain I'd see in in the classic 2D Rayman games, it doesn't help that he is animated like a character from those games, and he does stand out from the limbless balls and blobs from Moshi Monsters.
