Tweeter is the tertiary protagonist of the 2004 Kids WB/Cartoon Monsoon pilot Boogies. He was voiced by Tom Kenny.

Why He Rocks

1. He has a unique design with a candy cane on his forehead.
2. Tom Kenny did a great job voicing Tweeter.
3. He is the smartest of the Boogies and figured out that the Tinkle Bug is inside Neebish.
4. He is the most pessimistic of the three Boogies, which helps him contrast well with Neebish and Pokeynose.
5. He was nice enough to teach Pokeynose that “undersacks” are actually called diapers.

The Only Bad Quality

1. Despite his likable attitude, he is quite obscure.

Trivia

• According to the series bible, if he gets nervous, Tweeter licks his candy cane.
