She had a good relationship with Buzz, especially with Woody in the sequels and she also had a great backstory in the second movie also she's the best character in the Toy Story franchise.

Originally, Woody was going to be a cynical, spiteful, and vile bully, mainly due to an arguably bad excuse of Jeffrey Katzenberg, chairman of Walt Disney Studios at the time of production, basically wanting them to make the movie more edgy and adult, but Lasseter hated it, so he thankfully decided to portray Woody as the honest, loyal, and selfless cowboy we all know and love.
Yeah, Woody is a nice honest, loyal cowboy doll, with just a few jerkish and selfish moments at times.
The only flaw in the first movie was when he mistakenly knocked Buzz out the window so he can get more attention.
