Stumpy is a minor protagonist of the 2000 DC adult animated web series Lobo. He is an arms dealer and the owner of Stumpy’s Arms. He was voiced by Tom Kenny.
Why He Rocks
- He is very likeable to his customers, especially Lobo.
- Tom Kenny voiced him well with a convincing Russian accent.
- He is important to the Mudboy story arc, where he gives Lobo a tracking device to find the Porkan.
- His store’s name is also a clever pun on his detachable robotic arms.
- He doesn’t want any of his customers trying to touch some of his deadly weapons.
- He cares for Lobo’s financial problems.
Bad Qualities
- It isn’t explained how he first met Lobo.
- He doesn’t appear in the Lobo comics.
