Reika Shindai (神代 玲花 Shindai Reika) is a member of the Southern Base-branch of the Sword of Logos, who acts as an assistant and personal enforcer of the organization's leader, Master Logos. Due to the growing threats against the organization, she is put on active duty and transforms into Kamen Rider Sabela (仮面ライダーサーベラ Kamen Raidā Sābera) to fight against Touma Kamiyama and his team until Master Logos revealed his true colors and intentions, leading to Reika and her brother to fight against her former leader.
Why She Rocks
She's an intelligent, cunning and very mysterious character. Evidence of this is when she played the Riders against each other and had them believing that Touma turned traitor.
Is played by a model and cosplayer, and is very appealing to look at.
Is very competent at her job. Managed to sow discord and divide up the Northern Base Riders, as well as obtain most of the Seikens for her master.
Her Kamen Rider form looks super cool and has an awesome transformation, which is a reference to a caterpillar becoming a butterfly.
Her debut as a Rider is cool as well, as she fought both Buster and Slash and defeated both of them.
As a villain, she's cool and mysterious. As a heroine she's still fun.
While loyal Master Logos at first, she eventually starts to question him and later turns against him when his evil motives become more apparent., especially after Master Logos declared war on the entire planet.
Her redemption is well built up and happens over the course of several episodes.
Was much more willing to work with Touma and his gang than her brother, and managed to successfully obtain a book gate for Touma and Rintaro to use to confront Master Logos with.
The hug she gave Magine in episode 20 of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger , which was the cross-over episode with Kamen Rider Saber before the film Saber + Zenkaiger: Superhero Senki, is very wholesome to watch. The knowledge that Angela Mei is a fan of Magine further makes that scene wholesome. You can easily tell that her dream of meeting and hugging Magine became reality with that scene.
Stabbed and defeated a Lord of Wise while untransformed just to protect her brother.
She was willing to give up her life just so that Storius was defeated.
Bad Qualities
She looks up to her older brother way too much and isn't all that willing to stand up to him when he's being foolish.
Unfortunately, she does not get any new forms as the series progressed.
