Dr. Reagan Ridley is the main protagonist of Inside Job. She is an inventor, the head roboticist, former team leader, and current Chief Executive Officer at Cognito Inc.

Why She Rocks

1. For once, one may think Reagan is just a generic mean-spirited scientist, like Rick, but different and as the series goes on, she's developed a relationship with others like Brett Hand.
2. She's so smart when it comes to her inventions from in and outside Cognito Inc., like the way she had a plan to stop the Kennedy clones.
3. She did care about her friends, like the aforementioned Brett, since it's found out in the flashback Brett has been abandoned by his family throughout his childhood, and what Reagan said to him that both of them are in common, the two have each other's backs since they met.
4. Her design is very passable and appealing to look at.
5. Lizzy Caplan did a good job voicing her.

Bad Qualities

1. She is often mean-spirited at times, like when she insulted children in the season 2 premiere.
