Quasi is a minor character in the film Casper's Scare School and a supporting character in the series of the same name.

Why He Rocks

1. He is peaceful and kind to everyone around him, even Thatch.
2. His character design, although weird, is decent.
3. He is one of the only minor characters to play any role in the film.
4. Also, he had more character development in the series than in the movie.
5. He is very good at his job of cleaning the school, ringing the bell and helping the teachers, even though he is mistreated by the principals.
