Popis (Phoebe in English) is a character from the series El Chavo del Ocho ​and in the animated series of the same name.

Why She Didn't Blame You

1. Like most other characters, she is funny and can generate a lot of laughs at times.
2. Like El Chavo and Quico, she has memorable lines, like her famous phrase "¡Pero te voy a accuso!" ("I'll blame you!") she always says when someone starts an argument against her.
3. Though not as much as Ñoño, Godínez or Paty, she proves to be a good friend to Chavo, treating him well most of the time, unlike Quico and La Chilindrina. Their friendship improves in the animated series, where she becomes a more likable character.

Bad Qualities

1. Her voices in the original dub and the Brazilian dub, as mentioned earlier, can be annoying for some people.
2. She can sometimes be annoying in the live-action series, since she is mostly acts just like a female version of Quico or a poor substitute to him, while in the animated series, she has her own personality, making her more likable.
3. Many fans confuses her with Chilindrina in animated series.
