Phoebe Terese is a former Canadian-American student from Mrs. Frizzle's class.
Why She Rocked
- She always has a caring soul to everything mostly animals.
- Phoebe is a memorable character in the series and the books.
- She is kind-hearted, sweet, caring, insecure, humble, patient, optimistic, educated, brainy and encouraging.
- She is many good relationships most notably Tim, Arnold, Carlos and Keesha.
- She is always supportive to her friends whenever they are feeling down, or sad.
- She turned into a beanstalk once in the episode, Gets Planted.
- Her line "at my old school" is very good in most episodes of the original.
- In general, she is a bit shy at times as seen in Goes To Seed.
- Her voice actor from the original Maia Filar does a very good job voicing her.
Bad Qualities
- Despite being kind-hearted she can be unlikable in the episode, All Dried Up.
- She moved back to her old school sadly.
- As of the Magic School Bus Rides Again in 2017 and onwards, she is now replaced by Jyoti which is pretty mixed or decent.
