Paty is a character in the Mexican series El Chavo del Ocho and the animated series of the same name.

Porque Ella Mola (Why She Rocks)

1. She is one of the friendliest and most behaved characters in the series, and also one of the only ones who really likes and respects El Chavo, along with Ñoño, Don Ramón and Señor Barriga.
2. While not being prominent or having as many funny scenes as the other characters in the original series, she is still a very memorable character.
3. Like Ñoño, Godínez and to a lesser extent Popis, she is a great friend to El Chavo and genuinely cares about him. She also proves to be a good girlfriend for Chavo.
4. All the actresses who played her character did a great job in acting, especially Ana Lilian de la Macorra.
5. She became a much more important and recurring character in the animated series due to Chilidrina's absence.
6. Speaking of the animated series she was one of the few characters, along with Señor Barriga, Professor Jirafales and Popis, that wasn't flanderized and still kept her friendly personality from the original series.

La Unica Mala Cualidad (The Only Bad Quality)

1. Her design in the animated series didn't end well as it doesn't resemble her original self at all, unlike the other designs that portray her counterparts in the live-action series, at least her fringe as Ana Lilian de la Macorra did sometimes at ther character remained.
