M. Bison, known as Vega (ベガ, Bega?) in Japan, is a video game character and the primary antagonist of the Street Fighter series, first appearing as a non-playable boss in Street Fighter II before becoming playable in its update, Street Fighter II: Champion Edition. He is a self-imposed dictator and megalomaniac seeking for world domination.
Why He's M. Bison
- He is one of the memorable characters in the Street Fighter Series.
- The infamously hilariously hammy lines he provided include "YES! YES!" and "Of Course!".
- His character design is awesome and well designed.
- In the crossover games along with the Capcom vs SNK series, Street Fighter X Tekken, and the Marvel vs Capcom series; he had a great rivalry with Geese Howard, Heihachi Mishima, Magento, Jin Kazama and Rugal Bernstein.
- He has a great rivalry with his enemies such as Guile, Chun Li, Charlie, Rose and Ryu.
- In the games, M. Bison wields his deadly Psycho Power to great effect; he is known for his trademark Psycho Crusher, which sends him flying in the direction of his opponent with a damaging "torpedo" spin. The Double Knee Press (or Scissors Kick) allows him to do a forward flip which will knock the opponent away.
- Bison has a habit of doing his Badass Arm-Fold, whether it be teleporting, dodging attacks, or simply taunting his would-be opponents.
- Bison is extremely hard to kill and always comes back no matter what happens to him.
- Bison deals heavy damage, can propel himself across the air and ground, and always has between average and above-average health
- It's very clear that this guy has many screws loose. He's extremely violent and almost always has a Slasher Smile on his face, showing his sadistic tendencies.
- He has the greatestthemes in Street Fighter history
The Only Bad Quality
- While not necessarily a bad quality, but in Street Fighter Alpha 3, he can be the hardest boss to beat.
