Lana Loud is one of the main characters of The Loud House. She is the fourth-youngest child in the Loud Family and is Lola Loud's older twin sister. While she likes to do gross things, she still has a heart of gold.

Why She's a Good Tomboy

1. She, along with Leni, Luna, Lucy and Lily, is one of the friendliest sisters in the Loud family.
2. She is very kind, naïve and caring towards her pets and is a good environmentalist. Doesn't that sound familiar to you?
3. Her happiness and optimism are well-done.
4. Her tomboy-esque outfit is extremely cute.
5. She is very good at video gaming, but unlike Lincoln and Lori, who is playing hardcore video games, she was always playing cutesy video games.
6. She has a great relationship with her twin sister Lola despite the fact they are polar opposite of each other.
7. Unlike her twin sister, Lola, who has her darker temper, Lana has a soft, shy, cute and very gentle personality.
8. She is an expert handy-girl, mechanic and plumber as she helps her family with household jobs such as fixing certain broken objects such as cars and trucks, unclogging the toilets, and taking care of pets.
9. She's the cutest tomboy in The Loud House series, as one of Nickelodeon's cutest tomboys.
10. She has lots of heartwarming moments with her family, friends and pets as she mostly helps them whenever they have a problem. For example, Lana Loud adorably lays eggs.
11. She proves that even gross-out characters can be tolerable, however, as the series progresses, she has become less disgusting and starts to eat healthy food.
12. Her voice acting by Grey DeLisle (credited as Grey Griffin) is really great.

Dirty Qualities

1. She's interested in a lot of gross stuff. For example, she said in "Patching Things Up" that she likes to poop in the woods, eats dog food, and of course picks her nose at times. However, it's toned down a little bit.
2. Mia Allan's voice for Lana in the live-action Christmas movie was higher pitched and more feminine. She, does, however, admittedly end up improving her acting in The Really Loud House.
3. She can be a jerk to people and be unlikable at times, such as "No Such Luck".

Trivia

• Her original design used the same outfit, but with white socks and a pair of very shiny black Mary Jane shoes.
• According to a tweet from the show's writers, Lana is the older twin. In the episode "Ties That Bind", it is revealed that Lana is older than Lola by two minutes.
• Lana was named after one of Chris Savino's five sisters.
• According to Chris Savino, he states that the sisters who are girly-girls or fashionistas are usually seen with three eyelashes (Leni, Lola, and Lily). Lana, despite having three eyelashes, is a tomboy instead. This is because Lana and Lola are identical twins.
• As of season 5, she, along with Lola now attend 2nd grade, and they would later become 7 years old as of "Strife of the Party".
