Kazumi Sawatari (猿渡 一海, Sawatari Kazumi) is a 29-year-old resident from Hokuto and was the Rider representative of Hokuto, and later formally joined Team Build to aid the remaining Riders in their fight against Evolto. In the earlier stages of the war, he transformed into Kamen Rider Grease (仮面ライダーグリス, Kamen Raidā Gurisu).

Why He Rocks

1. He was initially introduced (supposedly), as a Rival for Ryuga Banjou/Kamen Rider Cross-Z, and did a decent job of serving as a rival towards him, and later forging a friendship with Banjou.
2. Even though he tends to be bratty at times, Kazumi slightly matures up in his later appearances.
3. His obsession with Misora, is really hilarious to watch.
   • Not to mention, one of the most memorable moments to be found within build is Kazumi sniffing "Misora's" towel, but in the end was a mistake, as it took an unexpected and hilarious turn.
   • And his first real encounter with Misora in Ep 23, and also provided with a decently hilarious scene of Kazumi almost paying Sawa money.
4. His suit design for Grease Blizzard, is pretty decent to look at with it's very beautiful coloration (Despite being only a modification of his base suit).
5. His relationship with Gentoku Himuro/Kamen Rider Rogue, is pretty entertaining to watch, and seeing the two clash with their opposing personalities and how the two refer to each other with their respective nicknames, makes it even more memorable to watch.
6. His story arc regarding the Hokuto Three Crows, was very tragic and also gave some decent character development for Kazumi as well as boosting Sento's in the process and also even provided some great moments.
7. His death is very heartbreaking, not to mention the fight scene that was presented was really badass and even had some really emotional dialogue.

Bad Qualities

1. He tends to act like a spoiled brat at times, and even acting antagonistic (initially) towards Banjou and Sento, after joining Team Build.
2. While it is hilarious, His obsession with Misora is rather obnoxious sometimes, not to mention it would present Kazumi as a pedophile, due slightly going to far in some occasions.
3. He has some of the ugliest suit designs in the entire show.
