Jesse (Minecraft Story Mode)

"Order Up!"

Jesse is the playable main protagonist of Minecraft: Story Mode developed by Telltale Games, whose gender and appearance is decided by the player. The male version of the character is voiced by Patton Oswalt, and the female version by Catherine Anne "Cat" Taber. Jesse first appears in "The Order of the Stone".

Good Qualities

1. Depending on how the player plays, Jesse is willing to do anything for their friends, and cares for them all the same, even if they choose not to show it.
2. Their animation looks pretty good altogether.
3. They can keep their cool, even though they often they get treated very poorly, like being called a loser or dork.
4. They can also be polite and try to get along with whoever they meet. ( If that person isn't evil or rude).
5. Cat Taber/ Patton Oswalt did a great job voicing them.
6. He/She can also be very generous.
   • They can choose to save Aiden ^LCW and decide not to push him off the cliff, even though he did the same thing with them.
   • They can choose to save The Admin even after he threw them in prison, stole their identity, and took over their city.
   • They end up saving sky city, even though the residents wanted them thrown in jail.
   • They often help their citizens in Beacontown whenever they need it.
7. They can be very brave, like when they save Beacontown by fighting the admin, and defeating the wither storm
8. Their design is really good.
9. This character is playable, which means the player often gets to choose what this character says/does .

Bad Qualities

1. Dependent on the player, they can also be pretty rude.
2. Jesse can have a very snarky attitude.
3. They can get too cringy, dorky, or unfunny at times.
4. They can be harsh towards anybody, even their friends and their own pet pig, Reuben.
5. They can be rude to Lukas which can cause him to leave in episode 4.
6. It seems like everyone in their "team" is too lazy to do the hard parts of "saving the world", so they often force Jesse to do it himself/herself, and often put his/her life in danger. For example, they didn't even seem concerned or scared when they fought Cassie and were about to fall into hot lava.
7. In Episode 5, Jesse may grow more selfish and greedy in their quest to find The Eversource, becoming more ruthless and hostile towards anyone who gets in their way.
