Jeri Katou (Japanese: 加藤 樹莉ジュリ Katō Juri?) is a fictional character from the Digimon Tamers series.

Why She Deserves Better for Being a Nice Girl

1. She's a sweet, cute and nice girl in this series.
2. Her instant reaction to Guilmon and especially Calumon is so adorable.
3. Her relationship with Takato is so cute and heartwarming.
4. She has an Digimon partner named Leomon (until his death).
5. Her design is very cute and pretty.
6. Yoko Asada and Bridget Hoffman did amazing jobs voicing her.

Depressed Qualities

1. Her dog hand puppet is super creepy.
2. She suffers from depression as Leomon was killed by Beelzemon, and her mother died when she was young. Though to be fair, one should feel bad for her.
3. She provided an infamously controversial scene of her attempting suicide by choking herself to death in episode 49 with her own dog hand puppet. We even see her hand squeezing her throat. (Thankfully, that all failed when Calumon intervenes and throws the hand puppet away.)
4. Some Digimon fans used to hate her due to her being weak and depressed, which is just like all the haters are "heartless".
