Hikari Nonomura (野々村 洸 Nonomura Hikari) is ToQ 4gou (トッキュウ４号 Tokkyū Yon-gō, ToQ #4), the Green Ranger of the ToQgers.

Why He Rocks

1. Compared to the Other Core Toqgers (Excluding Mio), he is somewhat mature, very intelligent, and the most sensible member of the team.
2. He is a skilled Kendama player.
3. He uses his imagination rarely, and relies on his raw strength on the battlefield, and only relies on his imagination only if it's necessary.
4. He is kinda relatable, due to his fear of heights, and being the somewhat typical picky eater (as shown in one point).
5. He is a very caring person.
6. He is extremely aware and careful of his surroundings.
7. Unlike the Other Toqgers, Hikari's Roll Call is the only one that is not pointless and laughable, as it actually looks pretty decent.

The Only Bad Quality

1. He overreacted and acted like a jerk towards Kagura, when she accidentally broke his kendama, to the point it drove Kagura anxious thinking that Hikari might hate her forever after that incident, However, he did apologize to her saying that he was really overreacting over a broken kendama.
