Frances "Frankie" Foster is one of the main characters in the 2004 Cartoon Network series Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.
Good Qualities
- She can be sarcastic at her best.
- She is also nice towards most of the imaginary friends (aside from Bloo and Mr. Herriman)
- She is also a good sister figure to Mac in contrast to Terrence.
- Her design is cute and appealing.
- Her relationship with her grandmother is nice to see.
- She is not afraid to stand up for herself.
- Her anger is pretty understandable especially when she has to deal with Mr. Herriman with his rules and Bloo with his troublemaking nature.
- Grey DeLisle did a wonderful job voicing her.
Bad Qualities
- While she is sarcastic at her best, she sometimes can get angered at her worse.
- She was unlikable in some episodes like "Everyone Knows It's Bendy" and "I Only Have a Surprise for You", though it is very rare.
- She can also be a punching bag in quite a few episodes like "Imposter's Home for Um Make Em Up Pals", "Cheese a Go Go", "The Big Cheese", "Fools and Regulations" and "Setting a President".
