Why She's The Fairly Godmother That We All Know And Love

  1. Jennifer Saunders did an epic job voicing the Fairy Godmother.
  2. Her singing, especially her cover of "Holding Out For A Hero" is epic.
  3. She serves as a well-written counterpart to Lord Farquaad. Since Farquaad is a gentle human who hates fairly tale creatures, the Fairy Godmother is a fairy who is prejudiced to just ogres, and goes through devious and sneaky feats to cause dismay onto them.
  4. Her death is so satisfying.
  5. She is a "politically incorrect villain" done right with her calling ogres lower-life forms and the Big Bad Wolf as "gender confused".

  • Jennifer Saunders loved voicing the Fairy Godmother.
    • Famed YouTuber Schaffrillas Productions adores this Villain because of her rendition of Holding Out for a Hero, in fact, Schaff considers Fairy Godmother his Favorite Dreamworks Villain.
  • How Prince Charming was made was unknown. It's implied she created him with a potion.
