Complete Monsters are characters who are more than just villains and antagonists. They're highly destructive psychopaths and/or sociopaths, emotionally and physically ruthless.
As the term implies, they're complete monsters whose actions pose the greatest threats to everyone that goes beyond evil and are very dangerous to the point that the atrocities they commit are hard to forget, mainly due to how they're taken very seriously and feared by many people in-universe, humorous or not. The one silver lining, though, is that they're well-written, compelling, and entertaining even!
Note: Only add characters under this category if they have NOTHING redeeming about their heinous actions overall, not just because they are 'villains' or that you personally hate them. Those types of CMs are irredeemable villains that are badly written and lack any real charm to their character.
