Not to be confuse with Sam Wilson "Falcon" from MCU and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Captain Falcon is the main protagonist of the Nintendo Racing series F-Zero. He is both a famous racer and Bounty Hunter. He first appeared along with Dr Steward, Pico and Samurai Goroh in F-Zero for the SNES.
Why He Goes FALCON, PUNCH!
- He is the most iconic F-Zero character. He even says that he was born to be an F-Zero racer.
- His F-Zero machine, Blue Falcon, is arguably on of the best vehicles in the game along with The Skull's Sonic Phantom. He even claims it is "fastest machine on the curcuit."
- He doesn't win by being lucky, he wins by being bold which is a rare quality for a character since winning by luck is a cliche.
- In his Pilot Profile video, he saved Mrs. Arrow's baby from a locomotive, which proves that he's friendly to even his competitors. He also saved Jody Summers from a burning building and helped Silver Neelson win a bet race.
- Not only did Captain Falcon become the F-Zero GP Champion, he also saved the Earth and defeated Deathborn and the Creators.
- Captain Falcon is such an accomplished racer, he will take on anybody, anytime.
- He has "Heart", which, according to him, is the most important requirement for a racer like himself.
- His moveset in Super Smash Bros. is one of the most fun to use, especially his smash attack, the Falcon Punch.
- His theme song in F-Zero GX
- He made funny memes such as FALCON, PUNCH!!!.
- While he doesn't appear in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, the Blue Falcon is seen on a poster for F-Zero in Mario's room.
Bad Qualities
- Due to him being part of Nintendo's "Forgotten Era", Captain Falcon's game series hasn't had a game since 2004.
- Because of this, most gamers tend to associate him much more with the Super Smash Bros. series, even though he is an F-Zero character.
- He takes up too much screen time in the F-Zero story mode.
- Despite having his name on the title, the anime version of Captain Falcon barley appears in the first few episodes.
- While his theme song is cool, it does have a few corny lyrics.
