Candace Gertrude Flynn is the deuteragonist (sometimes antagonist), and usually the anti-hero of the Disney Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb, as well as the titular main protagonist of the second movie, "Candace Against the Universe". She is the sister of Phineas Flynn and the stepsister of Ferb Fletcher, as well as the older daughter of the Flynn-Fletcher family.

Why She Isn't Too Busted

1. She is nicely voiced by Ashley Tisdale.
2. She is not always busting her brothers; she is mostly shown caring for them. In the second movie "Candace Against the Universe", for example, she would have not chosen better little brothers if Phineas and Ferb consider her the World's #1 Big Sister and claim that their summer vacation won't be fun without her.
3. She may be like most teenage girls. But unlike most teenage girls, she's also obsessed with "busting" her brothers for their outlandish schemes.
4. Her relationship with Jeremy fits well.
5. She has a fantastic singing voice due to her voice actress being a singer too.
6. Her attempts to bust her brothers and never succeed are hilarious.
7. At least she’s more tolerable than Doofenshmirtz's parents, who never even cared for their son, proven when she admitted in Traffic Cam Caper that Phineas may have been a pain but deep down inside he is a good brother.
8. She is definitely one of the best parts of the show. Bar none!
9. She finally get the role as the titular main protagonist in "Candace Against the Universe".

Bad Qualities

1. She can be irritating and detestable at some points, mainly because of her impulsive obsession with busting her brothers, and when she treats them like crap at times.
   • Some of her sneaky facial expressions do look annoying.
2. A lot of times, she can be pretty paranoid as she often thinks that her brothers' inventions are for bad reasons, even though they're clearly not.
3. She would usually be a punching bag due to either bad luck or by being tormented by Suzy
4. She can be a killjoy a fair amount of times in the series.
5. Sometimes, she does use her brothers' intelligence for selfish reasons.
6. Sometimes, she does get busted for something she doesn’t deserve to get busted for.
7. She was at her absolute worst in "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted!", due to getting the boys in trouble with their mother and getting them sent to military school. Thankfully she did redeem herself and save her brothers after realizing that the military school is dangerous after all.
