    Bruce Banner is a fictional character in Ang Lee's 2003 Hulk film series. Based on the character of the same name, he is portrayed by Eric Bana.

    Why You Wouldn't Like Him When He's Angry

    1. Eric Bana porteryed an emotionally troubled man well.
    2. He is supportive of Betty and had a healthy relationship.
    3. He gets to say “You wouldn't like me when I'm angry” like in the Bill Bixby show.
    4. He was able to relocate to South America for research, resulting in the events of the video game.
    5. In his Hulk form, he is able to take down mutated rats, dogs and tanks.
    6. His Grey Hulk form in the game is really funny.
    7. His Hulk rampage from the base to San Francisco is amazing.
    8. His Hulk form looks comic book accurate.
    9. He has some memorable lines including “Take it all!”
    10. Unlike the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of him, Bruce is taken seriously and not as a cheap joke.
    11. His Hulk voice is unintentionally funny, especially when he got hit by a tank.

    Bad Qualities

    1. His Hulk form resembles a video game character or Shrek.
    2. His Hulk voice sounds more like a Chris Farley character. Luckily in the video game, he sounds more monstrous.

    4. His Hulk form doesn't show up until 40 minutes in the film.
    5. In most of the film, he appears as Bruce Banner.

    • Bana reprised his role in a 2003 Hulk video game.
    • Eric Bana decided not to reprise his role in the MCU because he considered the 2003 film as a one-shot.
