The topic creation is broken.

A couple days ago, I tried to create a topic on this wiki, but I couldn't, because when I tried to do so, all I got was this message with a lengthy error code that ends with something along the lines of "Caught execption type of Flow/Exception/NoParserException".

I made a topic about this situation on Loathsome Characters Wiki, but nobody answered, so I put that up as a candidate for deletion since that topic has been dead since it was created, and I even made another one on Rotten Websites Wiki, but again, nobody responded to it, I gave that topic a deletion tag, as well, due to the lack of response.

I don't know if this blog will get a single response, but if anybody can fix the topic creation on this wiki, then that'd be great.
