Beast Boy (Garfield Mark Logan) is a member of the Teen Titans and one of the main protagonists of the 2013 series Teen Titans Go!. He is voiced by Greg Cipes. He has a likable version thereof in Teen Titans Go! To the Movies.

Why This Dude Rocks in This Movie

    1. He's a lot more likable in this film than he is in the TV show, and is arguably at his best here.
    2. He (and the other Titans) comforts Robin when he is feeling down from being considered not a hero by the other DC heroes.
    3. Greg Cipes does an awesome job voicing him in this film, and is an improvement to the TV show.
    4. His redesign is still very passable, and he is still cute.
    5. He can be really funny at times during the film, particularly the numerous fourth-wall breaks, and when he was going to do the waffles against Slade, but put it aside when Slade told him it was stupid, which was funny.
    6. He gives a good message of never giving up, and never let yourself be put down by the bad and hurtful things that people say about you, and what really matters is what you think of yourself.
    7. He cares about his team, and his girlfriend Raven, very much.
    8. He is a bit more powerful than his original series counterpart.
    9. His friendship with Cyborg is still decent.
    10. He has awesome action in this movie, especially during the ending, where he uses his animal shape shifting powers to his best animal forms (a bird, a Tyrannosaurus Rex, and a cheetah) and carried Cyborg and Robin with their awesome weapons to help his team defeat Slade.
    11. He does care about saving the world in this movie.
    12. He has tons of heartwarming moments with his team, like when he (and the other Titans) tells Robin that he may not be a huge famous superhero, but he is a really good superhero to him.
    13. This version of TTG Beast Boy was pretty awesome, and may have improved his normal unlikable counterpart, as he started to become decent (until Teen Titans Go vs Teen Titans, which took a massive downgrade on what made him enjoyable in the first place).

    Bad Qualities

    1. There is still his normal unlikable counterpart outside of the first movie.
    2. He does have some gross-out moments in this film, similar to the TV show, like defecating in a prop toilet scene.
    3. He wasn't the best rapper during the Teen Titans rap, depending on your view.
    4. This version of TTG Beast Boy has aged poorly due to the two direct-to-video films that came thereafter.

    Trivia

    • In this movie, Beast Boy's transformation pop has a bright green glow to it, unlike his normal white pop in the episodes.
