Beast (Kelsey Grammer)

Beast is a minor character of X-Men: The Last Stand and X-Men: Days of Future Past. He was played by Kelsey Grammer.

Why He Rocks

1. Kelsey Grammer was well-cast for the role.
2. His make-up is very lifelike.
3. He made a clever cameo at the end of Days of Future Past.
4. He supports his fellow X-Men throughout The Last Stand.
5. He is one of the smartest X-Men and was able to figure out why the mutant cure was dangerous.

Bad Qualities

1. He could be seen as a blue Frasier Crane not unlike Gary the Rat.
2. His appearance is inconsistent with his minor appearances in the first two X-Men films, where he didn’t have blue fur. However, it could be theorized that he used a serum to suppress his fur for a limited time.
