Barbara "Babs" Gordon (also known as Batgirl) is one of the main characters in the second generation of the DC Super Hero Girls franchise. She is a member of the Super Hero Girls, the daughter of Commissioner Gordon, and a student at Metropolis High School.

Why She's The One And Only Batgirl

1. Batgirl in DC Super Hero Girls 2019 might as well be the best adaption of Batgirl we had in years, maybe even in general.
2. She's a very likable hero who she and her friends are willing to stop crime in Metropolis.
3. Her voice acting is great, as she was voiced by Tara Strong.
4. Her friendship with her friends is wonderful, especially with the rest of the Super Hero Girls, Barry, and her love/hate friendship with Harleen as well.
   • Speaking of Harleen, revealing she’s BatGirl to her in "#Nightmare in Gotham" really changed Harleen’s heart, and she secretly disarmed the bomb that would have destroyed Gotham, proving their friendship is strong and Harleen puts aside her villainous traits to help her best friend, much to Barbara’s happiness when she finds out.
5. Barbara is also shown to be intelligent, as she is occasionally seen doing AP Calculus.
6. She has good talents as well, such as inventing Bat-Gadgets.
7. Barbara is passionate about Batman (and other superheroes), and she is willing to do what it takes to be Batman's sidekick.
8. When she notices a bad situation, she immediately gets to resolving it.
9. Her character design is adorable.
10. She has a lot of funny and iconic moments in the series.
    • In fact, she’s not only a good reboot of Batgirl (from the first incarnation of DC SHG) done right, she’s also basically Robin from Teen Titans GO! done right. Both characters are wacky superhero comedy protagonists, but Batgirl is far more likable, has more action scenes, and has a cuter character design.
    • Speaking of Robin from TTG!, she has a very hilarious rivalry with him in "Superhero Fued" and "Space House".

Bad Qualities

1. Sometimes, she can be dramatic about people not liking Harleen.
2. There are times where she could quickly jump to conclusions.
3. She sometimes can be unlikable at times and/or have episodes that show her at her worst such as "Scrambled Eggs" and "Frenemies".

Trivia

• Some people say her to sounds a lot like Twilight Sparkle, considering that they have the same voice actress.
